ANIMA Saigon Boutique is a seven-story contemporary art hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, redefining hospitality as a living cultural experience. Each floor is conceived as a gallery-like space, showcasing original works and creative contributions from emerging Vietnamese artists. Here, art is not simply observed—it is woven into the environment, where interior design, materials, and curated artworks engage in a continuous dialogue, from raw exposed elements to handcrafted details.
At ANIMA, art becomes part of the stay itself, inviting guests on an inward journey shaped by creativity, emotion, and self-connection.
The name “ANIMA,” derived from Latin, means “soul”—the deeper, emotional, and sometimes irrational dimension beyond pure logic. The hotel positions art as essential nourishment for the soul in a fast-paced, rational world. Each room category is artist-inspired—Artist Hideaway, Artist Retreat, Artist Haven, Artist Refuge, and Artist Escape—blending Vietnamese craftsmanship with original artworks to create spaces that feel authored rather than standardized.
Featured artists include painter and tattoo artist Hoang Nam Viet (Level 1, The Conventions of Love), whose delicate yet resilient figures explore the dialogue between masculine and feminine; abstract artist Pham Xeen (Level 3), who navigates the boundary between clarity and emotion; alongside a curated selection of emerging talents exhibited throughout the hotel.
