This service delivery policy applies to all services provided by Vietnexa Global Co., Ltd., including but not limited to: travel services, accommodation, hotel room bookings, coworking spaces, local experiences, and business advisory & M&A connection services.
In this context, “delivery” refers to our process of confirming, providing information, and guiding customers to use the services after a booking or service request has been submitted.
Customers may submit service requests through the following channels:
After receiving the request, Vietnexa will review service availability and contact the customer to verify and confirm the information.
Once the request is confirmed, Vietnexa will deliver the service through one or more of the following methods:
Customers are responsible for reviewing all information in the confirmation email and notifying Vietnexa immediately if any discrepancies are found.
Typically, Vietnexa will respond to and confirm service requests within 01–12 business hours, depending on the type of service and the time the request is submitted.
For urgent requests, requests outside working hours, or during peak seasons, processing time may vary. Vietnexa will clearly inform customers during the communication process.
Customers may request to modify or cancel their services via Vietnexa’s official contact channels.
Conditions and any additional fees will depend on the policies of each service provider (hotels, travel partners, advisory partners, etc.) and will be clearly communicated by Vietnexa before the customer confirms any change.
