Payment Policy – Vietnexa Global

1. Scope of application

This payment policy applies to all payment transactions related to services provided by Vietnexa Global Co., Ltd., including travel services, accommodation, hotel room bookings, coworking spaces, local experiences, and business advisory & M&A connection services.

2. Accepted payment methods

Vietnexa supports the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer: customers transfer funds using the bank details provided by Vietnexa after receiving a quotation or service confirmation.
  • Contract-based payment: applied for corporate packages, advisory services, or long-term agreements; payment terms are specified in the signed contract.
  • Payment via partner payment links (if applicable): in certain cases, Vietnexa may send a secure payment link via email/Zalo so customers can complete the payment on the partner’s platform.

3. Payment timing and schedule

Payment timing and schedule may vary depending on the type of service, specifically:

  • For travel, accommodation, and experience services: customers may be required to pay a deposit or the full amount before the service date.
  • For advisory or corporate services: payment schedules follow the contract terms (by phases, percentage milestones, etc.).

Details about prices, deposits, and stage-based payments (if any) will be clearly stated in quotations or service confirmations provided by Vietnexa.

4. Fees, taxes and exchange rate differences

Service prices may be displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or other currencies where specified. In cases where foreign currency transactions apply, currency conversion will follow the exchange rate set by the bank or payment gateway at the time of transaction.

Taxes, service charges, and payment processing fees (if any) will be clearly communicated to customers before payment confirmation.

5. Security of payment information

Vietnexa does not store customers’ card or payment data directly on its systems. When payments are processed through banks or payment gateways, all payment information is handled and protected by those providers in accordance with their security standards.

The collection, use and protection of customers’ personal data are detailed in Vietnexa’s Privacy Policy.

6. Refunds and payment-related claims

Refunds (full or partial) will be considered based on:

  • The cancellation/change policies of each service provider;
  • Terms stated in the contract or in the service confirmation;
  • Objective reasons such as force majeure events or changes from the service provider.

Customers may submit payment-related claims via email or hotline. Vietnexa will coordinate with relevant parties to handle such cases as soon as possible.
