- Guests must strictly follow the safety instructions provided by the staff throughout the experience.
- Permission for the horse to run or move at higher speeds will be evaluated based on the guest’s riding skills.
- For guests without riding experience, the horse will move at a safe and appropriate pace.
- Vietnexa and its partners reserve the right to adjust or suspend the experience in case of unfavorable weather or safety concerns.
